A large number of home-seekers thronged Mannat,
the property fair organised by The Telegraph and North East
Entertainment and Media Agency with several top builders displaying a
range of residential projects to suit the taste and wallet of different
categories of customers. The two-day exhibition inaugurated yesterday,
had a lot to offer to prospective house-owners ranging from a secure
and spacious location in the city to all allied information from the
players in the market.
The fair comes at an opportune and important moment as the demand
for residential and commercial property is at its all-time high in the
city and the real estate market is at its booming best. The fair, being
held at Hotel Grand Starline on GS Road has, played the role of a
facilitator for both the users in search of houses and the builders.
“Our main objective behind organising the fair is to provide a platform
to the builders, promoters and developers from the region to showcase
their property and share details of their upcoming projects with
prospective house-owners,” the managing partner of the agency, Utpal
